Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Evolve Body Optimize, we strive to provide a flexible and consistent experience for our clients. Please review the following policies regarding purchases, cancellations, and refunds.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel or change a membership. Cancellation requests received fewer than 30 days before the next scheduled billing date may result in one final renewal payment.

Membership credits are issued each billing cycle and are valid only while the membership remains active. Unused Core Membership credits do not roll over to future billing cycles. Membership credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of membership credits in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Packages
Prepaid packages are non-refundable once purchased. Package sessions must be used within the expiration period specified at the time of purchase.

Unused or expired package sessions have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds. Package transfers may be permitted at the discretion of Evolve Body Optimize.

Individual Sessions & Appointments

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of the session, membership credit, or package credit used for the reservation.

Eligible prepaid individual sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be refunded to the original form of payment or retained as an account credit.

Retail Products

Unused and unopened eligible retail merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products, supplements, ingestible products, and other designated personal-use items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Promotional & Discounted Purchases

Promotional offers, discounted purchases, and other specially priced purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated in the terms of the specific promotion.
